We are a small online merchandise store based on the American west coast!

Orders are handpacked and shipped from Washington State.

Opens Bi-Yearly.

PREORDER INFORMATION

✦ Some items are pre-order, which means that production for these products will occur after the store closes.

✦ When a non-preorder item is purchased with a pre-order item, the package will be shipped when all items are received.

✦ Pre-order Items will have a lucrative inventory number of around 9999.

✦ When an in-stock item runs out (and it is not retired), it will have inventory set to preorder after it runs out.

GENERAL STORE POLICIES

✦ Shipping may take around 4 weeks to arrive, depending on your location. COVID-19 and international delays may further exacerbate this. Please be patient with us!

✦ All sales are final. Refunds and cancellations are not accepted, especially after it has already shipped. If there is a problem with the product regarding packing or shipping errors (missing items), we will discuss it further to find a solution. This does not include missing packages (refer to point 4 for more details).

✦ Customers are responsible for providing the correct address; please double-check before completing checkout. Any item returned to the seller will require additional postage to be re-mailed.

✦ If a package has gone missing upon delivery or is not found despite saying it has been delivered, we cannot be held liable, and will not refund or resend a package unless it is found to be stolen. Once a package has been sent out, it is no longer our responsibility.

✦ We will accommodate any address change requests BEFORE we start shipping orders out. If a change of address has occurred, please contact us through the form at the bottom of the page.
