As a small business, we rely on preorders to fund items with higher production costs. By opening preorders, customers can purchase items before they’ve been completed. Preorder items can take at least 3-4 months to finish production. This can take longer depending on shipping, holidays, or other factors. 

• Preorders help us gauge customer interest, which allows us to reduce our environmental impact by only producing as many products as there is demand.
• If there is not enough demand for a product, all preorders are refunded.
• The funds gathered from preordering directly fund the production of the product. This allows us, as a small business, to order products with higher production costs.
