Frequently asked questions

Due to restrictions on our shipping moderator, we open biannually, with updates on our social media. (If you ever want to help out the store, we have the preformentioned position open wink wink)

We ship internationally to all countries except the following: Croatia, Denmark, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Portugal, South Korea, Sweden, and the United Kingdom (UK).

Packages are sent after the store closes and we have received all manufactured items. Manufacturing information and tracking can be found here

With this in mind, please do not order any items for holiday rushes. This answer will be amended when we find a new shipping moderator. (If you ever want to help out the store, we have the preformentioned position open wink wink)

Any excessive delays due to weather or emergencies will be communicated on our social media pages.

If a package has gone missing upon delivery or is not found despite saying it has been delivered, we cannot be held liable and will not refund or resend a package in this case. Once a package has been sent out, it is no longer our responsibility.

If your order was marked delivered but never arrived...

  • Check with housemates and neighbors to see if someone mistakenly picked up your packages.
  • Wait 1-2 days for the order to be delivered. Some postal workers may prematurely mark orders as delivered.
  • If your order is still missing, contact your local post office to file a claim.

 

If your tracking number hasn't updated...

  • Shipping labels are often printed during the processing period. Once the labels have been printed, they are usually dropped off 2-3 days afterwards.
  • If a tracking number suddenly pauses mid-transit, it could be due to issues with the USPS.
  • If a tracking number stops updating for several weeks, please reach out to us and we will assist you further.
  • International orders may be delayed for several weeks during the customs inspection process.

When we are notified of returned mail, we'll be in contact with the customer as soon as possible. If you do not receive any communication from us, please send us a message over at the contact form.

Please use our contact form and include your order number and any important details about the package (pictures are greatly encouraged), and we'll get back to you as soon as possible with a solution.

NOTE ABOUT ACRYLIC ITEMS:

  • Acrylic charms are laser-cut from larger sheets of acrylic. To protect the charm during this process, they are coated with a protective film. We leave this coating on to ensure further protection during transit.
  • To remove the film, gently scratch the edge of the charm and peel back the film.
